Shipping & Delivery

  • All products will be shipped within 3-4 days of order.
  • Shipping is done via premium partners – BlueDart/Amazon Shipping/Dhelivery/Ekart. Tracking details will be sent via email and phone on the address and email provided on the site at the time of the order. Orders within India will be delivered in 3-4 days from the date of dispatch. A flat shipping fee is charged for orders under a certain total value.
  • International shipping is done via Aramex. International orders will be delivered in 10-15 days from the date of dispatch. A shipping fee is charged for international orders regardless of order value.
  •  International orders might be subject to custom duties at the country of order. This is not under our control.
  • Tracking is provided for all orders – Local and International.

Returns & Exchange

Exchange Policy:

  • All products purchased from us are applicable for exchange within 5 days of order delivery subject to the following conditions.

  • Products will be exchanged only if there is a defect in the material/print. 

  • Exchanges will not be done if the order has been done for the wrong size. Before you order, please consult the size chart to find the appropriate size for you.  

  • All exchanges must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • If you want to exchange a product, please write us an email at [email protected] quoting your order number and reason for exchange, keeping the above conditions in mind.

  • We do not have a reverse pickup facility. Please ship the product back to us. The shipping charges for returning a product to us will be borne by the customer (except in cases of damaged products)

  • Please note that exchanges quoting incorrect sizes will not be exchanged.

  • We reserve the right to take a final decision on providing an exchange of product subject to the above conditions.

Refund Policy:

  • You can ask for a refund for any of your products within 5 days of its date of delivery. Claims after 5 days of delivery of the product will not be entertained.

  • To raise a refund request, please drop us an email at [email protected] along with your order details and reason for refund.

  • All refunds will be credited to your bank account within 3-5 business days.

  • A refund cannot be done if the order has already been shipped. 

  • We reserve the right to take a final decision on providing a refund subject to the above conditions.

Cancellations Policy:

  • Our products are shipped within 2-3 days in most cases (barring exceptions). If you feel the need to cancel your order, please take this into account.

  • To cancel your order, please write to us at [email protected] with your order ID and reason for cancellation. We will do our best to address your request.

  • If the order has already been shipped, we cannot cancel your order.
